managing your time wisely in my opinion depends on how willing you are to concentrate on something. that's something that i find helpful.
Check out the videos! You can find some good ones on Time Management.

Here's one: Time Management
It's all about planning out your schedule, and figuring out how to get yourself in the zone. Weekly or monthly planners are a huge, huge help, and I'm a big fan of creating lists for myself. Each morning I'll look at what's on my calendar for that day, and then I'll write a list or schedule to help me do it all. They're super helpful, and it's rewarding to check or cross off things that you've done. On busy days I'll even add in time estimates for each task as well as for minibreaks - it gives me something to shoot for and makes me stay focused.

On that note, sometimes I find that I'm just not concentrating well enough, so I try to switch up where I'm working. Sometimes I work at the kitchen table, sometimes at my desk, sometimes I head to the library or a coffee shop for a change of scenery. I also work best when I take five minute breaks every hour or hour and a half. Longer than that and my brain starts to get tired!

My other best tip is to get plenty of sleep. It's hard to make yourself go to bed earlier, but when you're well-rested you are much better able to concentrate and to tackle a hard to-dolist!
Hey Jennifer, I am glad you proposed this question. This is very similar to the stress management forum found here: Academic Stress. As Mackenzie said, its a good idea to have a planner and to write out all of your assignments, activities, etc. down. Even write in when you are planning to hang out with your friends or when you have a school dance. After you have done that, I would then take a serious moment to think about all of the things you do when you are outside of school. If you spend hours on facebook/AIM/My Space then you should cut that in half. I stopped using those sites a few years ago and its amazing how much more free time you can have. Another useful strategy is to have a daily routine, the second you get home spend the first two hours before dinner getting all of your homework done. Then you have the rest of the night to yourself! Hope this helps.
You can do the most important things first and then, if you have spare time, do activities that you want to do. if it doesn't work look for something else that works for you.
i write everything on a post-it paper and I write everything based on priority.
you should make a little checklist in your head or write it down in your planner, then check them off as you go. When you get home don't let food, tv, music, or etc distract you. Just start your work as you get home, then surprisingly you will finish pretty early.
