High School Education (Name of School, Graduation Year): Mt. Pleasant High School, 2011

Are you or your siblings the first in your family to attend college?: Yes

What are the biggest challenges you faced or are facing as a high school student? How did you overcome those obstacles?: I would say the biggest challenges facing me as a high school student are living up to my parent's expectations and defying the stereotypes about minorities.

What are your educational goals? What are you doing to reach those goals?: My educational goals are to attend and graduate from a four year university and receive my bachelor's degree in architecture. In order to reach these goals, I have furthered myself academically through the means of programs such as MESA and other educational institutions.
