What kind of member are you?: High School Student

I am or was in the following academic program:: AVID

High School Education (Name of School, Graduation Year): Los Banos High School 2012

Are you or your siblings the first in your family to attend college?: Yes

What are the biggest challenges you faced or are facing as a high school student? How did you overcome those obstacles?: Well some obstacles were my grades. My grades in Sophomore year were all just dropping little by litte. The one thing that was weird is that I do my best at the end of the year I do horrible in the beginning but this year I started off the other way around and it is still hard

What are your educational goals? What are you doing to reach those goals?: Right now my goals are to do alot better on my current grades for school but also scores for the CST and the SAT. I totally want to do better on all of this so that I can stand out to a college I'm going to have some good competition out there so i have to step my game up in other words.

What advice would you give others to be successful in high school and college?: Well one can be that to always do your best in school and to always do your work in school. Don't ever leave projects at the last minute. Plan out everything that you need that same day you get it so that you won't be struggling later. Make sure to always be on top of your work. Don't slack off on work at all and get your studying done. Hit the books while you can i also learned this the hard way it will help you alot later on in life.
