You want to make friends, find clubs, and look for a variety of extra curricular activities that you could be interested in because it may help shape the rest of your college years! Test the waters and see what makes college life fun and interesting!

True, first year of college is mostly about exploring your options and what you like to do. All the extra curricular activities also help you meet a lot of people. Nice picture btw.

Highly true about the spending!  A lot of times, I find myself spending a lot of money on stuff I don't need, and it does add up!  Be careful what you buy, or your funds will run out!
